Stop guessing which version wins.Test the hypothesis, measure the revenue.
Zinx Signal is an A/B testing app for Shopify stores. You have a theory about what would sell more. Connect your store, split traffic across two or more groups, and see which version actually made more money. Content, templates, styles, redirects and whole themes, without a developer.

One test from setup to roll-out, with invented figures, not a screenshot of anyone's store.
Zinx Signal is an A/B testing app for Shopify stores.
- Installs from your admin
- A theme app extension, switched on like any other. No theme code to edit and nothing to paste into a template.
- Uses Shopify's own APIs
- A web pixel reads checkout, the Admin API reads orders and themes. No scraping, and nothing that breaks when your theme changes.
- Billed through Shopify
- The subscription appears on your existing Shopify invoice. We never see a card number.
- Uninstalling removes everything
- Shopify tells us, and 48 hours later every record of your store is erased. Access tokens are revoked immediately.
Most tools count clicks. We count money.
A lift in add-to-cart rate that doesn't move revenue is noise. Everything here is built so the number at the end is one you can act on.
No flicker
The page is hidden for milliseconds while a variant applies, and it always fails open. If a config breaks, shoppers see the control rather than a blank screen.
Deterministic splits
Groups come from a hash of the visitor, so a browser that loses its group cookie re-derives the same group rather than being reshuffled. Splits hold to a fraction of a percent.
Attribution that survives checkout
A Shopify web pixel stamps each order with the visitor's group. Since ScriptTag was retired, that is the only supported way to see what happens at checkout.
Five levers, one engine.
Every experiment type runs through the same assignment and attribution pipeline, so results are directly comparable across them.
Content edits
Rewrite headlines, copy and on-page elements from a selector-based editor. No theme changes, no deploy.
Redirects
Split traffic between two URLs and find out which lander actually earns. Query params are carried across the hop, so ad attribution survives.
Styles & JavaScript
Inject scoped CSS and JS per group. Versioned, size-capped, and behind a kill switch that stops everything instantly.
Template changes
Serve an alternate page template against the one you ship today, on any page type your theme supports.
Theme changes
Run a whole variant theme head-to-head with your live one, on real traffic, with the preview bar hidden.
Results in revenue
Every order is attributed back to the group that earned it, and refunds are subtracted from it. A variant that sells more but gets returned more has not won. You are reading revenue per visitor, not click-through rate.
Two measurement frameworks
Bayesian by default, or frequentist with the sample size fixed up front and the comparison withheld until it's reached.
You pay for visitors who entered a test.
Not for your store's traffic. Someone who never saw a variant is never counted, and someone in three tests at once counts once.

How the bill works
- Why traffic and not orders?
- Your bill shouldn't go up when a test works. Billing on orders means the better we do for you, the more we charge, and Black Friday arrives with a bigger invoice.
- Only visitors who entered a test
- Not your whole store's traffic. Test one landing page and you pay for that page. Someone in three tests at once counts once.
- A busy month doesn't change your bill
- Go over during a launch or a sale and nothing happens. Tests keep collecting and results stay accurate. We only talk about it if it stays that way.
- Every plan starts with 14 days free
- Everything unlocked, no card. Pick a plan on day three and the other eleven come with you, so the first charge lands when the fortnight would have ended either way.
- Every feature on every plan
- Including profit and subscription reporting. Plans differ by traffic alone.
- Billed on your Shopify invoice
- Alongside your other apps. No card here, no separate invoice, and cancelling is a button in your own Shopify admin.
- Once per person
- Someone in four tests at the same time is one visitor, not four. Running more tests never costs more.
- Once per month
- Forty visits from the same shopper is still one. The count resets when the month does.
- Only if they entered
- A shopper who never landed on a page a test was scoped to is never counted at all.
The things worth knowing before you install anything.
Including the parts that are limitations. Finding those out on day three is how a trial ends in a refund request.
